Deciding the size of the sample

Regarding the number of the interviews that should I prepare, I think that the sample size should be according to the different profiles that could I found in the society. For this reason I'm scheduling 3 interviews to cover the following profiles:
1. Persons that use technology for common tasks related with their quotidian life. They don't do an extensive use of the technology. They belong to a medium age (40-50 years old). I'm considering in this range of persons, people that do not have knowledge in technical concepts.
2. Persons that use extensively the electronic communication tools but they don't have a deep knowledge about how it works. Young people (greater than 18 years old) could be good candidates.
3. People with knowledge in technologies (tech background) and use technologies to work as usual tools.

I'm doing now the selection of candidates that match with this criteria.
