Interview to young people that uses the information technologies

This interview was intended to cover the second profile of the size that I proposed:

Persons that use extensively the electronic communication tools but they don't have a deep knowledge about how it works. Young people (greater than 18 years old) could be good candidates.

In this case I came to the structured interview to guide a little bit the conversation. We had to repeat several times the interview because the interviewee was a little bit nervous.

I was surprised about this girl was worried on terms of security in Internet because their parents were stolen doing electronic transactions. That provoked a general bad feeling versus the security use thru the web from her point of view.
